First off, Ciara still has a high temperature, but she is improving.
On to the road then, so the Battle Of The Bridge concept is a really cool one. It's a 4 race series, but the cool thing is it purely club based, so whilst most of the A Grade guys are in "Teams" eg. Nero Racing, Mobius, Ultra ... we are racing for our clubs in this series. Which means Angus (NSCC) becomes the enemy and Jesse (SuVelo) becomes a teammate.
Anyway, round 1 was at ... you guessed it, Heffron Park. I nice south-west wind got up and I was lucky enough to come away with the win, in no small part due to some lead up work from Moosh and some very self less riding from Jesse.
In other news I can confirm the skinsuit is both very fast and quite the hit at the pub
