EPISODE 126 | HOW TO DO A LEADOUT

Episode 126 || SUBSCRIBE: http://bit.ly/2gMWc1t

I normally don't like those click bait titles, but I couldn't help myself today. There is SOOOOO much to take away from last week, and I can't wait to share it with you. I'm keen to bring in a few other bodies to discuss certain elements of the race, but today you are stuck with just me.

Had to also clean up a few admin items, so lets regard todays VLOG as a bit of a hard reset.

You probably all noticed a very different 'style' to the race day videos last week. That's partially by design (so you guys get to know the team) and also simply due to the practicality of those weeks. Trying to prepare to race, race, recover etc etc, doesn't lend itself to the normal style of VLOG ... thankfully the lads are keen to pick up the slack.

Finally, like I mentioned, we got smacked at the store last week. So all that remains are the smaller sizes. Check out the website and grab your kit.
