Fair to say that didn't go to plan. What was most disappointing was the hard efforts of all the people who supported us to get us on the start line and we were not really able to perform to the best of our ability.
That said, this is only the beginning of our journey. Nationals was to be the 'launch of the team' and the 'relaunch of the brand', so whilst getting a little sick meant I couldn't ride as well as I would have hoped, everything else started off.
We were all blown away with the support on the side of the road from people who had been following online, and just people who liked the look of what we were wearing, so we ticked that box.
So our journey continues, with some more road samples arriving this week and hopefully some customer kit ready by the end of the month. Continue to follow our journey, I'll try to be a bit less sooky then I was in this video :)
A side note and massive thanks to our resident Melbourne helpers who came out on Sunday and shot some footage for us Angus Campbell and Richard Younger. Chapeau to race winner Miles Scotson (BMC) and a shout out to regular on the VLOG Marcus Culey who made the final selection, congrats man!
